190th RUSI Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the next RUSI Annual General Meeting will take place on 15 July 2021 at 15:00 BST, online via Zoom.

Open to all RUSI Members.

Please note, there will be limited places available for in-person attendance to ensure compliance with the UK Government’s Covid-19 guidelines on social distancing. We will notify members in advance should these arrangements change.

A notice of all business to be transacted at the meeting will be posted on the Institute’s website, at least 14 days before the date of the meeting, and a copy may be obtained on application to the Director-General.

If you are a member and wish to raise additional agenda items or matters for discussion, please e-mail the Director-General by the close of business on 17 June at CarolineT@rusi.org.

To take part in this meeting, you should pre-register by 14 July. Please note that, if you do not register and do not obtain a link for the online connection, you may find it impossible to attend the AGM, or fail to be admitted in time to exercise your voting rights.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about how to join the meeting, together with an Agenda and any associated papers.
