Bianca Jinga

Bianca, a senior governance adviser in the Department for International Development, is currently the Head of the Governance, Security and Poverty Pillar within the Department’s Asia Regional Team. Throughout her career, Bianca has had a deep interest in understanding the impact of organised crime on conflict and state fragility and is keen to further explore how development can tackle some of these issues. Prior to joining DFID, Bianca worked for several international organisations, including NATO and the World Bank, in a variety of environments such as Afghanistan, Kosovo and Washington DC. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University, with a dual concentration in Strategic Studies and International Economics.
