James Windle, PhD (Loughborough University) is a senior lecturer in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of East London, UK. His research focuses on illicit drug markets, illicit enterprise and street gangs. He is author of Suppressing Illicit Opium Production: Successful Intervention in Asia and the Middle East (IB Taurus, 2016).
