Luis Fernando Trejos Rosero is a holds a PhD in American Studies from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and is currently a Research Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla-Colombia). He serves as the coordinator of the research agenda, UNCaribe, hosted by the Universidad del Norte. He is also the coordinator for the research group for Conflicts and Post-Conflicts in the Caribbean.
