Martin has a background in security having served in the British Army and Metropolitan Police Service. He has led on several projects to introduce and improve technology in policing, notably Body Worn Cameras.
Martin attended Bramshill Police College where he completed both the Senior Leaders Development course and the Critical Incident Management course. In his current role as a Policing Advisor he supports both law enforcement organisations and other agencies in understanding and improving areas of risk as well as policy and procedure improvements.
