I have a background in security having served in the UK Armed Forces and the Metropolitan Police Service in senior leadership and management roles. Whilst serving in both organisations I completed and provided training in Leadership, Critical Incident Management, Stop and Search, Technology in Policing and associated subjects. In my current role as a Policing Advisor I support both law enforcement agencies and other organisations.
