Merium Mable Sodala is the Deputy Director for Tax Intelligence at the Malawi Revenue Authority. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Management from the University of Malawi and has recently enrolled into a PhD programme on Innovations and Development with the Malawi University of Science and Technology.
Merium holds over 20 years experience in law enforcement on financial including a 9-year stint with Malawi’s Anti-Corruption Bureau and 13 years with the Malawi Financial Intelligence Unit.
Merium is currently working with the Revenue Authority on issues pertaining to tax investigations.
